Tim's Bio

Tim’s music career started at age 5 when he climbed up on the bench of his Mom’s Hammond organ and started playing the song she had just played. He started writing songs at age 8 and hasn’t stopped. By age 13, he was staying after school practicing the piano on his own. During his school years he was involved in choirs, quartets, musical plays, talent contests, recitals, and every musical thing he could get involved with.

By the mid-80s, he bought his first synthesizer and began sequencing, recording and mixing his own music. Within months, he auditioned as the keyboard player and backing vocalist for a rock band, and got the gig. Since then, he’s been in several bands, including rock, country and praise.

The musicians that Tim had worked with started coming to him to record and produce their music. He soon became a freelance producer and keyboard sequencer. This is where he found his true passion for helping others with their songs, and in 2004, Atmosphere Productions Recording Studio was opened to the public.

Some of Tim’s other experiences include his own radio show with American Family Radio, Senior Audio Technician for commercials and short films, and the drummer for a high-energy praise team.
